The ABC News report below reveals that the corporate media is finally beginning to grasp the severity of the radiation emanating from the Fukushima nuclear plant.
It was obvious over the weekend that the radiation situation at the plant was critical, but the media continued to rely on misleading and contradictory information released by the Japanese government and TEPCO, the Tokyo Electric Power Company.
Because of this deceptive practice, thousands if not millions of people are in danger. The area surrounding the plant should have been completely evacuated over the weekend.
Instead, only 200,000 thousand people within 25 kilometers of the plant were evacuated and others told to stay in their homes.
Once again, a monumental disaster reveals how deceptive government is. Fukushima is like Katrina on steroids.
